Safety Supply, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing, terms, and conditions of sale without notification.  We will notify you of any price changes for your approval before the item is shipped.



Safety Supply, Inc. will ship in-stock items the same day on orders received by 2:00pm CST.  If items are backordered, we will notify you as to the expected delivery date.  Non-stock items will be shipped to you when we receive them from the manufacturer.  Non-stock items brought in to fill your order cannot be cancelled or altered once ordered from the manufacturer.  If the manufacturer backorders the product, it may be possible to cancel your order.  Any cancelation fees incurred by Safety Supply, Inc. from the manufacturer will be charged to you.


Safety Supply, Inc. ships via UPS unless size and weight determine that the shipment must go via another carrier.  All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless other arrangements for shipping are made prior to shipment.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service to receive your Return Authorization Number before returning your product.  ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE PROPER RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND BE IN FIRST-CLASS SELLABLE CONDITION.  Requests for returns are to be made within 10 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.  A restocking fee may apply to your return.  Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
